Overtime Required: You WILL be asked to come in a couple of hours early and/or stay a couple of hours late. Willing and able to work required overtime and weekends when workload demands.

Key Requirements:

• No experience required — willing to train!
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and lift at least 40 lbs
• Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Must be flexible to work at least 2 of the 3 available shifts: 1st & 2nd or 2nd & 3rd
• Willing and able to work required overtime and weekends when workload demands
• Warehouse or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be comfortable completing a drug screen and background check

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM — $15.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM — $15.75/hr
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM — $15.50/hr
• Overtime Required: You WILL be asked to come in a couple of hours early and/or stay a couple of hours late
• Weekends may be required based on workload
• Up to 60+ hours per week

Job Duties:

• Assemble automotive components and parts according to work instructions and production specifications
• Use hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Install, fasten, connect, and secure components
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity
• Move raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility
• Supply production and assembly lines with required materials
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards
