Position Title: Production - General Labor
Pay Rate: $17.00-$17.45 DOE
Shift: 1st Shift Monday to Friday from 4am-12:30pm
Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring
Production Associates / General Labor to support warehouse operations. This position focuses on breaking down products, repackaging, quality inspection, and maintaining organized inventory
Key Responsibilities- Open full cases and break down products into smaller quantities for distribution
- Repack items into new boxes, trays, or packaging as needed
- Inspect and fix damaged packaging (rewrap, tape, or replace containers)
- Perform quality checks to ensure products are free of leaks, dents, or damage
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Assist with general labor and material handling tasks as needed
Qualifications- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
