Material Handler/Floater
Shift: 2nd, (2pm-12am or 3pm-1am)
Pay: $20-$22/hr. (Based on experience)
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler / Floater to join our growing team on 2nd shift. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow within the company, and become a valuable long-term team member. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the flexibility to assist multiple departments as needed.
Job Description:
- Operate company van for pickups and deliveries to and from suppliers
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Operate overhead crane and forklift equipment
- Use basic measuring tools and perform accurate measurements
- Assist various departments as needed to support production and operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines despite changing priorities
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels
- Willingness to learn new tasks and grow within the company
