Pay rates:
  • 1st shift: $16.61/hr on W2 without benefits
  • 2nd shift: $17.00/hr on W2 without benefits
Shift:
  • 1st shift: 8:00 am 4:30 pm [MON-FRI]
  • 2nd shift 12:00 pm 8:30 pm [MON-FRI]

Summary:
The Material Handler is responsible for a wide range of tasks in our warehouses and production facilities that can include the following:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels.
  • Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production.
  • Data entry to systems via PC.
  • Perform tasks in a high-speed, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed daily production goals at 80% or higher.
  • Put away and pull equipment and/or parts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work station.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required:
  • Need to be standing the entire shift. This is not a sit-down position.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Flexibility to work Overtime will be required.
  • Learn quickly and are flexible to move into new functions as needed
  • Per Branch Ops: I would like to see some basic abilities, such as being able to sign-in and use a hand scanner, they need to feel comfortable following the directions on the monitor it asks you to do.
  • Be able to train in English. Read & communicate in English would be helpful, as they will be following prompts/directions on a monitor.
  • These associates are doing white glove orders, off line, high quality and visibility project to our customer. These orders have to be 100% perfect.
  • It is just like radio line/PCR packing but more detailed and quality oriented process.
  • Kitting radio models, doing functional testing, cleaning/wiping, dusting off that equipment as needed, packing the orders.
