    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Huntersville, NC. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machines run smoothly and efficiently.     Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate various types of machinery according to specifications.
    • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
    • Maintain accurate production records and logs.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
    • Assist in training new operators as needed.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
