Pallet Builder/Shipping Associate
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-8:30 AM

We are seeking a reliable Pallet Builder/Shipping Associate to join a growing warehouse team in Colorado Springs. This position is responsible for building and organizing pallet loads for shipment, ensuring products are stacked safely, accurately, and ready for delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Build and prepare palletized orders according to shipping requirements
- Stack, arrange, and secure products for safe transport
- Verify product counts and order accuracy
- Wrap, label, and stage completed pallets for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Previous warehouse, order selecting, palletizing, or shipping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work the full overnight schedule
