    Description

    PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Material Handling & Movement
      1. Receive, store, issue, move, and stage materials, supplies, components, and equipment.
      2. Deliver materials to production lines, work cells, storage locations, or other designated areas.
      3. Follow established material flow processes to support production schedules and operational requirements.
      4. Operate material handling equipment, including tow motors and pallet jacks, as trained and authorized.
    • Inventory Control & Warehouse Support
      1. Perform inventory handling activities including stocking, picking, kitting, and material replenishment.
      2. Assist with the layout and organization of warehouse and storeroom locations.
      3. Prepare inventory control slips and post control numbers to equipment as required.
      4. Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, identified, and accurately accounted for.
      5. Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials to supervisors.
    • Receiving & Shipping Support
      1. Assist with unloading incoming materials and verifying quantities against documentation.
      2. Pack and crate equipment and supplies for shipment, including vendor returns, over-shipments, damaged shipments, and items requiring repair.
      3. Complete and maintain shipping records and related documentation.
      4. Coordinate with vendors regarding pickups for returned materials.
      5. Support preparation of outbound materials for shipment and follow receiving and shipping procedures.
    • Systems & Documentation
    1. Perform basic data entry and inventory transactions in SAP and other inventory management systems as trained.
    2. Use Microsoft Office applications to support documentation, recordkeeping, and communication activities.
    3. Complete required logs, forms, shipping records, and inventory documentation accurately.
    4. Maintain traceability and documentation requirements.


    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
    1. Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
     
    EXPERIENCE
    1. 0-2 years of experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling environments.
    2. Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred.
     
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
    1. Ability to operate a Tow Motor/Forklift or obtain certification as required.
    2. Basic SAP experience or ability to learn and perform inventory transactions within SAP.
    3. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
    4. Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and standard operating practices.
    5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
