- One year of consecutive service time (unless business needs allow otherwise)
- No written warnings within the last six months and no unacceptable scores on their last evaluation
- At least six months of service in their last current position
- Self-direct, takes initiative and good time management skills
- Proven attendance and quality track records
- Proven verbal and written skills
- Proven willingness and ability to work overtime
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Warehouse finished goods and raw materials
- Supply manufacturing with raw materials
- Competency in using a handheld scanner to complete transactions
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Load and unload trucks
