Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Work in a refrigerated cooler environment while following safety and quality procedures. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Role: Material Handler
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46256
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $20.35/hr + Weekly Pay & Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling
• Pick, pack, stock, and distribute materials
• Work in a refrigerated cooler environment while following safety and quality procedures.
• Prepare shipments and maintain shipping/receiving records
• Support production with material staging and kitting
• Operate forklifts (if applicable)
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of warehouse/material handling experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills (Word & Excel)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Basic math and attention to detail
• English proficiency required for workplace safety
