What You'll Do as a Material Handler:- Maintain organized and accurate inventory by placing materials in designated locations and completing system transactions
- Move materials, finished goods, and inventory between receiving, warehouse, production, and shipping areas
- Replenish stock locations and Normal Bins based on inventory priorities and production needs
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment safely
- Work with Shipping, Manufacturing, and Purchasing teams to resolve inventory and material flow issues
- Enter inventory adjustments and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:- At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 1 year of forklift operating experience
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use ERP or MRP systems
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
