Material Handler 1 Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00/ Hr.

The Material Handler 1 moves products throughout the Haas manufacturing facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performing transactions within SAP (order completions, transfers, etc.).
• Maintaining all assigned areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Verification of part numbers, utilizing SAP dispatch lists and other SAP information.
• Proper packaging of parts.
• Safe and efficient movement of all products.
• Verifying material counts.
• Maintaining component inventory between established minimums and maximums.
• Coordinating with shop personnel regarding materials needs.
• Transfer of non-conforming materials to the proper locations.
• Supplying part handling materials (boxes, pallets, protective paper, etc.) to shop locations.
• Fills-out necessary paperwork/documentation.
• Must be able to operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle stacker lift.
• Employees must report any damage to a supervisor or manager.
• Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.
• Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.
