This self-starting role ensures inventory accuracy, timely movement of materials, proper documentation of warehouse transactions, and compliance with company safety and quality standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as requiredReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase ordersUnload, move, store, and stage raw materials, components, and finished goods Load and unload trucks safely and efficientlyMaintain accurate inventory records through SAP and Internal systemsProcess shipping and receiving transactions and maintain documentationConduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activitiesInvestigate and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damaged materialsMonitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirementsOrganize and maintain warehouse storage locationsMaintain a clean and orderly work areaAssist with continuous improvement initiatives and warehouse process enhancementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED2+ years experience in a warehouse environment Basic math and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret work instructionsStrong attention to detail Reliable and self-starting with a strong ethical and moral basisPHYSICAL/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to stand, walk, and wear PPE for extended periods during scheduled shiftsAbility to bend, stoop, reach, grip, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basisBENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS:85% company-paid healthcare insurance with PPO and HDHP + HSA options401k with up to 5% company match2 weeks PTO + 3 days Medical Leave FEUER powertrain North America, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
