Your impact

• Execute safe, precise moves with reach and sit-down forklifts to transport and store inventory.
• Load and unload trailers and containers to plan, maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Complete pre-operation inspections; report and document any issues immediately.
• Uphold a clean, organized workspace to minimize risk and maximize flow.
• Team up with supervisors and peers to meet daily goals and service levels.
• Operate strictly within safety guidelines and company standards.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy through cycle counts and related tasks.

What it takes

• Valid forklift certification for both Reach Truck and Sit-Down equipment.
• Prior forklift experience in warehouse/industrial environments (preferred).
• Detail orientation with a strong safety ethic.
• Reliable, collaborative work style and the ability to operate independently.
• Clear communication and a positive, team-first approach.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
