Material Flow Coordinator — Manufacturing Logistics

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.50

Shifts: 1st & 3rd

A day in this role

On your shift, you begin by reviewing work orders and the parts queue. With a tow-motor (forklift) and pallet jack at the ready, you navigate between departments to stage, transport, and deliver the right components at the right time. You verify counts, log moves with quick data entry, and use a tape measure to confirm specifications. Throughout the day, you keep your area tidy, assist with cycle counts and replenishment, communicate clearly with production teams, and help keep the manufacturing line running smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Transport and stage parts between departments safely and efficiently
  • Load/unload materials using tow-motors (forklifts) and pallet jacks
  • Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries to production areas
  • Complete basic data entry to maintain precise inventory records
  • Read work orders and follow handling instructions
  • Measure materials accurately with tape measures and other tools
  • Keep work areas clean and follow safety/housekeeping standards
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
  • Coordinate material movement with teammates and supervisors

Your background

  • 2+ years of warehousing or material handling in a manufacturing environment
  • Valid tow-motor (forklift) license preferred
  • Experience with overhead crane operation is a major plus
  • Comfort with basic data entry and record accuracy
  • Ability to read a tape measure and use measuring devices
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
  • Works well independently and on a team
  • Physically able to lift and move materials as required
