Material Coordinator

Payrate: $25.67 - $27.14/hr.
 
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve inventory accuracy by resolving inventory discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and driving corrective actions on the shop floor via systems and working within a team.
• Support the manufacturing operation as part of a cross-functional team responsible for meeting daily production goals. Run reports on parts needing to be escalated. Part forecasting.
• Lead projects related to inventory accuracy, material replenishment, and material presentation for the production department of responsibility.

 
Top 3 skillsets:

• Microsoft suite including Excel
• High level of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communicator
• Prev history in manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Years 1-3 years experience
• Open to recent grads with internships and or projects within supply chain will be considered.

 
Skills:

• Experience with manufacturing operations, including material flow and inventory management.
• Experience with data analysis and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc...)
• Experience working cross-functionally with production, warehouse, supply management, and engineering teams. This person will sit on the shop floor- NOT a desk job
• Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed to support production.

 
Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.67 - $27.14 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
