Material Control Operations Supervisor

The Material Control Operations Supervisor oversees employees and contractors engaged in the production and support functions for a tissue biologic product in a highly regulated, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment. This role provides day-to-day leadership to ensure safe operations, adherence to production standard operating procedures (SOPs), and achievement of production schedules. The supervisor fosters a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement while developing team members and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The position is scheduled on a 3rd shift, working from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning. The supervisor must be open to some weekend work and possible holiday coverage, including participation in an on-call schedule.

Work Environment
The role is based in a highly regulated cGMP production environment focused on biologic products. The facility operates under strict quality and safety standards, with robust quality management systems and documentation requirements. The team is in a growth phase, starting at approximately five members with planned expansion to around fifteen members within the year, offering opportunities to influence team culture and processes as the operation scales. The position is scheduled on a 3rd shift, working from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning. The supervisor must be open to some weekend work and possible holiday coverage, including participation in an on-call schedule. Work involves handling frozen tissue samples and other tissue materials, operating and overseeing process, manufacturing, and packaging equipment, and working around cleaning and sterilization activities. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs, with appropriate protective attire and equipment provided in accordance with cGMP and safety requirements.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
Benefits provided upon interview process. Will get a 10% shift differential for working the 3rd shift hours!!! Also eligible for a 10% bonus based on performance as well!
