Matching Analyst

Location: Work-from-Home

Length: 4+ month Assignment

Pay Range: $17 - $20/hour W2

Role Overview:

A premier financial services organization is seeking a Matching Analyst. The successful candidate will possess a foundational understanding of the financial services industry and demonstrate a strong commitment to operating in a dynamic, customer-driven environment. Rigorous attention to detail, exceptional customer service capabilities, and highly professional communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the reconciliation process by researching, reconciling, and matching trades to appropriate approvals prior to principal review.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team as required.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience with data entry, reconciliation, and trade matching within the financial services sector is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in updating and tracking records using workflow tools, with specific experience in Smartsheet. Strong analytical skills to accurately identify exceptions and discrepancies are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated client interaction and professional customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
• Capacity to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing operational requirements.
