Duties

·                  Lead engaging Mat Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times

• Design innovative Pilates programs that cater to various fitness levels, incorporating principles of body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy
• Provide personalized coaching and modifications to accommodate clients’ unique needs and limitations
• Educate participants on core concepts of body mechanics, physiology, and the benefits of Pilates for overall health
• Track client progress and provide ongoing feedback to support their fitness journey

Skills

·                  Certified Mat Pilates instructor with a solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics

• Experience teaching group fitness classes in a gym or health club setting
• Ability to design effective mat Pilates workout programs
• Excellent communication skills to instruct clearly and motivate participants
• Ability to adapt exercises for clients with different abilities or health conditions while maintaining safety standards
