Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while providing technical leadership to the service team.
- The ideal candidate has advanced troubleshooting skills, strong customer service abilities, and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities: - Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues on Client Vehicles
- Mentor and train junior technicians.
- Complete inspections and quality control checks.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
- Communicate repair recommendations to customers or service advisors.
Requirements: - 10+ years of technician experience.
- Current Master Technician ASE certification
- Strong diagnostic and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license
- Need to provide your own tools
Preferred: - Previous Client Dealership Training
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Past Client product experience
