Master Plumber (Sign-On up to $5k)

B&B is seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused Master Plumber with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team.

$65,000–$100,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential

What You’ll Do as a Master Plumber:

• Diagnose, repair, and replace water heaters and sewer systems
• Perform drain cleaning and residential service repairs
• Respond to plumbing emergencies, identify issues, and complete repairs efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
• Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, valves, and drains in a variety of residential settings

What You’ll Bring to B&B:

• Active Master Plumber license in the state of Missouri
• Flexible availability
• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment
• Capability to work outdoors in various conditions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer and technology proficiency
