Precision Trim Work: Expert installation of Crown Molding, Baseboards, and Shoe Molding with flawless transitions.
Door Specialist: Hanging and leveling interior doors, including casing and hardware installation, ensuring perfect swing and latch.
Expert Repairs: Identifying and replacing damaged wood sections, matching existing profiles, and ensuring structural integrity.
Architectural Detail: Working with complex angles and custom wood features that require a "measure thrice, cut once" mindset.
The Experience: 2–5+ years in finish carpentry or interior trim. You should be comfortable working in high-end environments where cleanliness and precision are non-negotiable.
The Toolbox: Must have your own reliable transportation and a standard set of professional-grade finish tools (Miter saw, table saw, nail guns, levels, etc.).
The Eye: An obsession with detail. You understand how San Antonio's humidity can affect wood and how to install for longevity.
