What Youll Do

• Educate and mentor esthiology students in classroom and clinic settings

• Demonstrate techniques, services, and Aveda protocols

• Support student skill development and professionalism

• Create an upbeat, structured learning environment

• Work with multiple students at once while keeping energy positive and organized

• Collaborate with a team of educators and leadership

This role requires someone who can balance structure, encouragement, and accountability while helping students build confidence and real-world skills.

Qualifications

• Virginia Master Esthetics Instructor License (required)

• 2 to5 years of hands-on spa or clinical experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Passion for education and student success

• Aveda experience or product knowledge is a plus

Compensation: Based on Experience. Ranges from $20.57- $41.82 hourly.
