Job Title: Master Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Wooster, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities for a Master Data Analyst:
- Lead the maintenance, validation, and governance of critical master data across ERP and business systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze data quality trends, identify inconsistencies, and drive corrective actions that improve operational efficiency.
- Develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Support ERP enhancements, system integrations, data migration efforts, and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications for a Master Data Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related discipline preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in master data management, data analytics, ERP administration, or a related function.
- Strong experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
