Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently and accurately
Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and diagnostic repairs
Conduct inspections and full-system evaluations
Work closely with service advisors and management to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
Complete preventive maintenance services including brakes, suspension, tune-ups, and fluid services
Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow all safety procedures
Stay current with OEM technology, repair procedures, and evolving automotive systems
Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed
Minimum 4+ years of dealership or automotive technician experience
OEM Certifications and/or ASE Certifications strongly preferred
Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Strong mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
Experience with advanced scan tools and diagnostic equipment
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Must have your own tools
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability are mandatory
