    Job Summary
    We are looking for a highly skilled A-Level Technician to join our team. This role is designed for a master-level professional who excels in complex diagnostics, advanced repairs, and serving as a mentor to fellow technicians.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, and diesel systems
    • Troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electronic issues accurately
    • Deliver efficient, high-quality repairs while maintaining strict safety standards
    • Partner with Service Advisors to provide precise estimates and clear repair explanations
    • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment
    • Stay updated on the latest automotive technology, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques
    • Support training and mentorship of junior and mid-level technicians
    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience (ASE Master Certification preferred)
    • Expertise in diagnostics with in-depth knowledge of engines, drivetrains, electrical, and diesel systems
    • Proven ability to perform complex repairs independently and accurately
    • Experience using modern diagnostic software and repair equipment
    • Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
