What You'll Do

• Provide massage therapy services to hospice patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Help promote comfort, relaxation, and quality of life
• Educate patients and families on massage therapy benefits
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other care team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hospice care standards
• Travel throughout the service area to provide patient care

What You'll Need

• Current Massage Therapy license or certification as required by state law
• Experience working with hospice, geriatric, or medically complex patients preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area
• Ability to respect diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and values
