We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist in Virginia who is passionate about therapeutic bodywork, guest care, and delivering a 5-star spa experience. Both full-time and part-time positions available, with mid-week and weekend availability preferred.
Your Role: Massage Therapist
- Perform Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages
- Customize treatments based on client needs and wellness goals
- Conduct professional consultations and recommend services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing treatment room
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat bookings
- Stay current on massage therapy techniques and trends
- Support spa operations including scheduling and guest experience
- Promote spa services and retail enhancements
