Spavia Austin Landing is hiring FT/PT massage therapists at our independently owned luxury spa--where guests relax, recenter, and renew.

Compensation Snapshot: Massage Therapist earnings can start $33-$47 per 60-min treatment including gratuities; plus retail commission and bonuses. Illustrative $38,000-$54,000/yr at ~30 hrs/week, plus retail commission & performance bonuses. Actual pay varies by experience, modality mix, schedule, and location; transparent ranges provided at interview.

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time; weekend/evening; 10-minute turnover between guests.

Qualifications

     Active state Massage Therapist license

     Reliability, punctuality, professional communication, and a guest-first mindset.

     Weekend/evening availability with flexibility
