Spavia Maple Grove is hiring licensed massage therapists who want to do great work without chasing clients. We bring the Guests, the schedule, the linens and the products. You bring the skill.

What you'll earn

$54 to $75 per massage, including gratuity. Full-time therapists earn about $65,000 to $80,000+ a year. Gratuities run higher here because Guests get a real spa experience: retreat rooms, showers, lockers, robes and spa sandals, and a treatment tailored to them.

What you'll do

True 60-minute massages with a 10-minute turnover between Guests. Our menu includes signature, deep tissue, lymphatic, salt stone, sports, and prenatal massage, plus CBD, cupping, and Hypervolt enhancements. Paid in-house training on all of it.
