Massage Therapist - Hospice

Coordinates, evaluates and provides massage therapy to patients receiving hospice care. Qualifications: Required: Certified massage therapist from an established massage therapy institute.

Coordinates, evaluates and provides massage therapy to patients receiving hospice care.

Responsibilities:

1. Develops, coordinates and provides an organized massage therapy program.
2. Provides massage therapy in alignment with the needs of the patient and physical limitations.
3. Obtains orders from physician and develops a plan of care.
4. Completes all documentation as required by the organization in compliance with legal, government, and accreditation requirements.
5. Participates in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Activities.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Certified massage therapist from an established massage therapy institute.
2. Licensed driver with reliable automobile which is insured in accordance with state law.
