Avg pay per 60-min massage: $52\u2013$62 (includes gratuity)
Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80\u2013100 min treatments

W-2 position \u2013 We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage
Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience
Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)
Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $52-$56
Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $57\u2013$61
Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $63\u2013$80
Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K\u2013$75K+ annually
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
Schedule & Benefits
Full-time or part-time

10-minute turnover between services
Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
