We are hiring a part-time Assistant Manager to oversee Back of House Operations at a top-rated spa.
- Manage a team of service providers, set and achieve goals, and implement protocols.
- Handle onboarding, training, inventory, and daily operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and coordinate communications and meetings.
- Maintain cleanliness and lead with leadership experience, spa knowledge, and relevant licenses (Massage, Nail, or Esthetics).
- This hybrid role combines service provider duties with management responsibilities.
