Shape the Future of Water Infrastructure Across New England
This is not a traditional project management role. WSP is seeking a recognized municipal water leader who can grow client relationships, win strategic work, and lead delivery of some of the region''s most important water and wastewater programs.
As a Senior Project Manager / Client Service Leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to municipal and utility clients while helping expand our presence throughout Massachusetts and New England. You will have access to a deep national bench of technical experts - allowing you to focus on client leadership, project success, and market growth.
Why This Role Is Different
Massachusetts is in the midst of a major infrastructure investment cycle. MassDEP compliance obligations, PFAS response programs, aging conveyance and treatment infrastructure, and the push toward comprehensive asset management are driving capital programs across the Commonwealth. WSP is actively building its presence in this market - and this role is the platform to lead that growth. You will not be inheriting a mature book of business and managing the status quo. You will be shaping it.
