Position Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support private clients across the Greater Boston Metro area.
This role is focused entirely on non-medical, in-home care, providing essential daily living support to clients in residential settings.
You will work one-on-one with clients, supporting their daily routines and helping them remain safe and comfortable at home.
Requirements
Prior experience as an HHA, PCA, caregiver, or in-home support role preferred
HHA certification (preferred but not always required depending on assignment)
Ability to work independently in a home care environment
Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
Ability to pass background screening and credential checks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to care
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility support and assistance with transfers
Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with medication reminders (non-clinical)
Maintain a safe and clean home environment
Observe and report any changes in client condition to the care team
Follow care plans and client preferences at all times
