As a litigation team member, you will represent clients in complex, high-stakes cases. This position is ideal for an attorney with a passion for advocating for individuals and communities impacted by Wildfires and Floods.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead complex litigation related to Mass Tort claims, including negligence, property damage, personal injury, and class action suits.Handle all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation investigation, case preparation, discovery, and motion practice to trial preparation and post-trial proceedings.Collaborate with expert witnesses, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases for clients.Stay informed on changes in wildfire-related laws and regulations, including environmental regulations, fire safety standards, and insurance law.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.2+ year of experience in litigation, with a focus on environmental, personal injury, or property damage law.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 – $200,000 annually .
