Mass Tort Associate Attorney – Woodbridge, NJ

A long-standing New Jersey law firm is hiring an associate for its plaintiffs' mass tort and class action group in Woodbridge. This is a working litigation seat: you own files, you take depositions, you argue in court.

The work: mass tort and class action cases from the first client meeting through settlement or verdict. Pleadings, discovery and motions in New Jersey state and federal courts. Depositions of fact witnesses and experts. Direct contact with clients and with the scientists and physicians whose opinions drive these cases. A voice in which cases the group takes and how they get tried.

Who fits: at least three years in mass tort, class action or plaintiff personal injury litigation. Admitted in New Jersey. New York admission, or a UBE score that transfers, helps but is not required. Comfortable in both state and federal court. A science or medical background is welcome.

Pay: $150,000 to $165,000 base, plus discretionary and origination bonuses. Full benefits.
