As a Masonry Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating costs and preparing bids for masonry construction projects. This includes analyzing project requirements, conducting site visits, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of masonry construction techniques, materials, and codes
    • Experience in estimating and bidding for masonry projects
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
    • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills
    • Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools
    • Knowledge of local building regulations and permit processes
    • Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
    • Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
