Description

If so, Mason Street Grill is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and help uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality, exceptional cuisine, and warm, genuine service.
What you will be doing
Deliver exceptional guest service by promptly setting and resetting tables, pouring water, clearing dishes, and assisting servers to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room by clearing, sanitizing, and preparing tables and service stations throughout each shift.
Support food and beverage service by transporting dishes, bread, beverages, and other items between the kitchen and dining room efficiently and accurately.
Anticipate guest and team needs by refilling water, assisting with table maintenance, and providing attentive support in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment.
Collaborate with servers, bartenders, hosts, and culinary team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Position Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are most important.
