Tech Strategy Summer Associate

As a Summer Associate, you will explore careers in the technology, finance, and consulting industries by spending the summer contributing to the following three practice areas: Digital Operations, Technology Business Management, and Product Development & Delivery. This program is designed to be fast-paced and demanding, requiring you to navigate competing priorities, team delivery, and exposure to our client work & outcomes achieved.

During the summer of 2026, you will explore many of the key project roles we leverage to support our clients, such as:

• Technology Investment Optimization - You'll work with our team of finance & accounting experts to streamline the planning process & build financial models that provide organizations with real-time analytics & insight opportunities to reduce expenses. You will help connect the dots between technology and finance to shift from running the business to transforming the business.
• Process Optimization - Technology has grown at a rapid pace, and with that speed comes inefficiencies. You'll empower technology and business stakeholders to define enterprise processes that break down internal silos, enabling automation and enhanced decision-making. You will lead clients in successfully absorbing transformation through organizational change management activities such as stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and training.
• Product Management - What are an organization's products and services? You will work to help define those offerings, how they will go from idea to outcome, and who will be accountable for managing the product and or service like a small business. You will work to define the value that can be received by the product by measuring benefit statements against the associated costs to deliver.
• Software Engineer - Help clients reach their business objectives through designing and building technical solutions. You will leverage problem-solving skills to address complex challenges with creative solutions and best-in-class technology.
