The Mandatory Corporate Action Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, control, and daily management of mandatory corporate action processing activities. This role ensures the timely and accurate capture, review, approval, reconciliation, and completion of corporate action events while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and operational risk standards. The Supervisor provides leadership to processors, performs independent validation of key activities through 4-eye review controls, manages operational risk, and serves as the primary escalation point for processing exceptions, breaks, and technology issues.
