What You'll Do as a Marketplace Supervisor:- Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers, and Materials Coordinators while establishing daily priorities and monitoring performance
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to 5S standards
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Customer Service, and Production teams to maintain uninterrupted material flow
- Monitor staffing and workload distribution to maximize efficiency and support manufacturing schedules and customer commitments
- Maintain accurate ERP transactions and inventory reporting while identifying material shortages and developing proactive solutions
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee training, performance evaluations, development planning, and retention
What You Need to Bring to the Marketplace Supervisor Role:- Ability to lead warehouse operations and supervise multiple warehouse and materials functions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities and monitor team performance
- Ability to support inventory accuracy and efficient material movement throughout a manufacturing facility
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Purchasing, Planning, Customer Service, and Production teams
- Ability to support a safe, organized warehouse environment and maintain 5S standards
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify material shortages and prevent production delays
- Ability to maintain accurate ERP transactions and inventory reporting
- Must have experience in high volume assembly, warehouse, heavy industrial-all are required
