Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Marketing Support Specialist position! This is a 3 month contract with potential to hire opportunity and will be onsite in Amherst, NY.
This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide marketing support across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze data and translate findings into actionable marketing insights
- Create and customize PowerPoint presentation decks using existing templates and visual design principles as well as creating from scratch
- Edit and enhance PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat to ensure professional marketing materials
- Develop surveys and marketing content tailored to broker needs and target audiences
- Support multiple team members and initiatives simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Execute administrative tasks to keep marketing projects moving forward efficiently
- Work independently as a self-starter, taking initiative from concept through completion
What You'll Need to Have:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced PowerPoint and Word
- Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite for PDF creation and editing
- Proven ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively
- Prior marketing experience with demonstrated design sensibility and visual eye for content creation
- Excellent listening and communication skills to understand and execute on diverse needs
- Self-motivated work style with ability to manage time and priorities without micromanagement
- Comfort working with both creative design elements and data/numbers
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment supporting multiple stakeholders
Pay Range: $25-27/hr
