    Description

    Our client is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Consultant (Associate Manager) to drive operational excellence and strategic execution across marketing and creative initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to own complex, multi-workstream programs, design scalable operating models, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
    Responsibilities & Qualifications
    • Translate leadership priorities into integrated operating plans, timelines, and success metrics; own execution from planning through delivery
    • Design, implement, and evolve scalable operating models, workflows, and processes that support growing business complexity
    • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, templates, and documentation to ensure operational clarity and stakeholder alignment
    • Lead adoption and responsible implementation of AI across strategy and operations; identify and drive high-impact AI use cases
    • Own performance tracking and reporting across initiatives, including OKRs, KPIs, and program health metrics
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, analytics, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
    • Serve as senior operational partner on complex client initiatives, providing guidance to Associate Managers and supporting business development through scoping and proposal work
    • Coach and mentor team members while maintaining accountability for program quality and stakeholder satisfaction
    Requirements
    • 7–10 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or strategy consulting roles
    • Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, process improvement, and operating model design
    • Proven proficiency with AI tools and frameworks; experience implementing AI solutions in business operations
    • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience collaborating across marketing, creative, analytics, and technical teams
    • Experience building dashboards, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms; fluency with OKRs and KPIs and performance tracking
    • Excellent project scoping, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Client delivery and account management experience, with ability to manage complex initiatives and ensure operational clarity
    • Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that drive operational efficiency and business impact
