Responsibilities- Create and enhance customer-facing presentations and marketing materials.
- Transform data, research, and insights into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Support market, consumer, and category trend analysis.
- Gather, organize, and analyze marketing and competitive intelligence data.
- Coordinate and support marketing projects, workshops, and internal initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Assist with special projects and additional marketing or administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, market insights, business support, or a related field.
- Fragrance house marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including exceptional presentation design and storytelling skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing accurate, polished work.
- Comfortable working with both data analysis and creative presentation development.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and business needs.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to support the team as needed.
