Our growing Marketing and Communications team is seeking a high-performing Marketing Specialist who will play a critical role in driving organizational growth by developing and executing marketing strategies and programs for a designated portfolio of key B2B audiences.

This individual will develop a deep understanding of assigned audiences - including employer, union/Taft-Hartley, consultant/broker, tribal, and health plan audiences - and translate audience insights into marketing strategies, campaigns, content, and experiences that engage current and prospective clients. This role will help ensure Premise Health delivers relevant, compelling and differentiated marketing to the audiences that are critical to our growth.

Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, this person will support organizational growth through audience-specific marketing planning, content development, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires the ability to think strategically while also demonstrating a high level of tactical execution, project management, and communication across a broad range of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, curious, resourceful, and a self-starter who enjoys learning about customers and industries and translating insights into effective marketing.

This is a full time, hybrid Marketing Specialist role located in Brentwood, TN.

What You'll Do

• Develops and executes marketing strategies and programs that build awareness, engagement, and demand among assigned B2B audiences and support organizational growth.
• Develops deep audience and market expertise through research of customer needs, buying behaviors, competitive activity, industry trends, and market opportunities.
• Translates audience insights into marketing plans, campaigns, messaging, content, and materials that engage current and prospective clients and communicate Premise Health's value.
• Plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Creates and coordinates audience-specific content and materials across print and digital channels, including sales collateral, web content, presentations, case studies, eBooks, social content, and other marketing assets.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, clinical, operations, growth and development, product marketing, digital, creative, communications, and other teams to execute audience marketing and go-to-market initiatives.
• Partners with sales and customer-facing teams to gather market feedback, identify opportunities, and ensure marketing programs and materials support client engagement and business development.
• Leads stakeholder meetings and working sessions to communicate marketing plans, gather input, coordinate execution, and build alignment.
• Partners with Creative, Digital, and Communications to develop, activate, optimize, and amplify audience marketing programs while maintaining brand standards and consistency.
• Serves as a marketing subject matter expert for assigned audiences, providing audience insights, resources, recommendations, and guidance to internal teams.
• Monitors audience, industry, competitive, and channel trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing priorities.
• Measures and optimizes marketing performance, using campaign results, audience insights, and stakeholder feedback to improve effectiveness and inform future strategies.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, adverting, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, B2B marketing background preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and messaging
• History working on or with sales, business development, or growth teams a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail, organized, and strong project management skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and goals
• Crystal clear communication, both written and oral
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is helpful but not required
• Ability to provide examples of prior professional work or writing samples
