Location: Montclair, NJ Responsibilities - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase agency visibility and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
- Identify and develop new referral sources
- Represent Job Haines at Home at community events, health fairs, networking events, and senior-focused programs
- Coordinate and participate in agency-sponsored events and outreach activities
- Promote our home health care services and educate community partners about the care we provide
- Maintain a strong community presence through networking and relationship building
- Assist with social media, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives
- Track outreach activities, referrals, and marketing results
- Collaborate with agency leadership to develop new growth opportunities
