Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Organizational and time management skills, multitasking and prioritizing Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing capabilities Extremely detail - oriented and acute attention to accuracy Ability to work independently Strong analytical and decision - making skills Understanding of marketing, communications, and business development principles Knowledge of AEC industry terminology and procedures Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, team members may be required to visit alternate locations, and therefore, must have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to do so.

Research, organize and prepare analytics/reports. Coordinate marketing communications, digital content, industry events, conferences, and other market - facing activities as required, which may require some travel. Track and maintain internal database of project descriptions, resumes, standard content, clients, subconsultants, contacts (i.e. CRM). Coordinate and create website and digital content that supports business development and market initiatives. Other duties which may be assigned as needed. Education & Years of Experience Bachelor's degree (marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required. Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred. Requires good hand - eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The team member is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
