Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a hybrid, contract-to-hire opportunity supporting one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in reputation management, email marketing, SMS marketing, and campaign analytics. The Marketing Specialist will help strengthen brand presence, execute digital marketing campaigns, support community outreach, and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to customer reviews using Birdeye or similar platforms.

  • Partner with branch leadership to resolve customer concerns and maintain a consistent brand voice.

  • Build, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns using ServiceTitan or similar platforms.

  • Create and execute SMS marketing campaigns while ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations.

  • Research and coordinate community outreach, sponsorships, and local marketing opportunities.

  • Maintain recurring reports for reputation management, email, and SMS campaigns.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.

  • Collaborate with operations, branch leadership, and marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives.

  • Support additional marketing projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience.

  • Experience with reputation management and online review platforms.

  • Experience executing email marketing campaigns.

  • Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across several brands and locations.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing performance metrics.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SMS marketing campaigns.

  • Experience using Birdeye or similar reputation management software.

  • Experience with ServiceTitan.

  • Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand organizations.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

  • Home services industry experience is a plus.
