What You'll Do as a Marketing Specialist:- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Create and distribute marketing materials, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content
- Maintain company websites, social media channels, and online business profiles while ensuring consistent branding
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Make outbound calls for lead generation, appointment setting, customer follow-up, and retention
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in CRM systems
- Monitor marketing and customer engagement performance, including campaign response, lead generation, follow-up, and customer satisfaction metrics
What You Need to Bring to the Marketing Specialist Role:- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, call center, inside sales, business development, or administrative support preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
