    As a Marketing Specialist, you serve as a key connector between creative vision and flawless execution. You are responsible for coordinating the workflow of marketing and advertising projects across Creative, Property Marketing, Special Events, and Operations teams-ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery. Your support to the leadership is instrumental in shaping and implementing operational plans for promotions and strategic initiatives. In this role, your organizational skills and collaborative mindset directly impact the success of high-visibility campaigns and guest-facing experiences across the company.

     

     

    Job Description:

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
    • Coordinate and track marketing projects using established processes, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and SLA adherence
    • Manage on-property digital displays and website content, assist with public relations and social media coordination, and maintain signage schedules and marketing materials inventory
    • Support cross-departmental marketing efforts through active communication, scheduling, property updates (e.g., IVY), and collaboration with operations teams
    • Input purchase requests and manage marketing-related office supply needs and promotional material storage
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
    • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of marketing or casino/hospitality industry experience
    • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
    • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
    • Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams
    • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, and WORD design features preferred

    Requirements

    • At least 21 years of age
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
    • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
    • Verify right to work in the United States

    Physical Requirements

    • Occasionally push/pull up to 75lbs
    • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

    • Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone

    • Ability to move throughout the property in a timely manner
